Extended single-wall roof drains for non-insulated roofs TOPWET TWJ BZ

TOPWET TWJ BZ is a single-wall roof inlet with integrated cuff designed for non-insulated structures, gutters or remediation, when it is necessary to insert the inlet into the pipe of the boot to the bottom. Compared to the standard design of the TWJ drains, the TWJ BZ drains have a lower drain capacity. The standard length of the TWJ BZ inlet is 400 mm, the length is ordered to be extended up to 1000 mm, it is produced in dimensions DN50 — DN125. The drains are suitable for new construction as well as for use in the reconstruction of older buildings.

Features of TWJ BZ:

• Materials: The base of the drain is made of PA6 polyamide, the protective basket (to capture waste as protection against pipe clogging) of PA6 polyamide and PVC pipe.
  
• Integrated cuff: Unlike competing products that have to be screwed, the inlet is supplied in one piece. This will significantly speed up its installation, but above all, we prevent frequent installation errors leading to bursting into the roof composition. We supply the inlet with a cuff in the material specified by the roof surface.
• Waterproof: Thanks to the integrated cuff, we guarantee the watertightness of the drain. And we are so sure of this that we guarantee a 5-year warranty.
• Delivery and assembly speed: We deliver to your destination within three days of ordering. In addition, thanks to the integrated cuff, assembly is very quick and easy — after removing it from the box, you just need to insert the plug into the mounting hole, snap and seal the cuff.
• Easy maintenance: Removable basket allows easy cleaning and maintenance. And since the entire inlet does not have to be dismantled, there are no errors during cleaning or reassembly and thus leakage into the roof composition.
• The possibility of atypical production: In narrow gutters or corners, we are able to make atypical drains, where the fixed part of the drain (standard 250 × 250 mm) on which the cuff is integrated can be reduced to a minimum size of 30 mm from the pipe wall. In this way, for example, for a drain of dimension DN 110 it is possible to achieve the dimensions of a solid base 170x170 mm.
• Universal solution: It is a versatile product that is compatible with different diameters of vertical drains. In addition, thanks to the single-wall design of the drain, the product can also be inserted into an existing drain, gutter or pipe up to the neck, which greatly facilitates more difficult renovations. The inlet can also be equipped with a repair seal TW SAN TES of adequate diameter, and therefore the inlet is suitable for new construction and reconstruction of older buildings.
