CONDITIONSFOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PURCHASED GOODS
The return of goods (credit note) or the exchange of purchased goods canbe carried out only under the following conditions:
- the request for return has been submitted in writing, including a copy of the delivery note, order, or invoice (e-mail, fax, etc.)
- a handling fee of 10 % of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- in the case of an exchange for goods of the same or higher value, a handling fee of 10 % of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- approval from an authorised person is required for the return
- returns are accepted only within 2 months from the date of purchase
- the goods are not a non-standard/custom product (custom production, extended pipes, different insulation sleeves, etc.)
- after approval by an authorised person, the customer has delivered the returned goods at their own expense to the registered office of TOPWET s.r.o.
- the goods were returned undamaged and in their original packaging; in the event of damaged packaging, a fee for destroyed packaging of 3 Euros/piece will be charged
- the credit note is payable within 30 days
In accordance with the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue the buyer a receipt. At the same time, the seller is required to register the received payment with the tax administrator online; in the event of technical difficulties, no later than within 48 hours.

The return form is an interactive PDF that can be filled in directly onyour computer, saved, and subsequently printed or sent by e-mail to info@topwet.cz. To ensure proper functionality of the form, we recommend that you do not fill it in online, but download it to your computer’s hard drive first.
