Waterproofing membranes
TOPWET company supplies standardly all own products with integrated bitumen and TPO sleeve to ensure 100% reliable waterproof connection.

TOPWET is the only manufacturer in the USA that offers the option to supply drains, overflowsand vents with the sleeve manufactured from a specific manufacturers waterproofing materials. The pictures are only illustrative.
Products with other custom manufacturers waterproofing membranes (which we do not have in stock) are subject to the following conditions:
- The specific waterproofing material must be supplied to TOPWET free of charge and will not be included in the cost of the manufacture of the end product
- Size of the membrane must be 19" x 19"
- Manufacturing time will be 28 days from receipt of the waterproofing material (up to 20 pieces)
- A setup charge will be applicable. Please consult us for further information.
- We reserve the right to reject contaminated material and return it at the expense of the customer.
Standard membranes
BIT
Supplied with a UV stable APP bitumen membrane for direct welding to the main waterproofing layer.
TPO (FPO)
Supplied with a 1/16" Thermoplastic (flexible) polyolefin sleeve. All drains can be manufactured with a specific manufacturers membrane (subject to additional cost).
Custom made membranes
PVC
Flexible PVC. A minimum thickness of 1/16", ideally in a homogenous version, is required.
STE
A flange for connection to screed waterproofing applications. We will provide a special flexible flange with double sided integrated layer for connection to the screed waterproofing.
EPDM
A membrane of synthetic rubber. We currently manufacture with materials from the following brands: ELEVATE, CARLISLE.
VAP
Self adhered vapour barrier comprised of SBS modified bitumen adhesive, laminated with high-density polyethylene top surface.
